These General Terms and Conditions of Leorhafa as seller and you as customer apply to all orders placed in the Leorhafa online store (www.leorhafa.com) as well as to those purchases where Leorhafa declares these General Terms and Conditions to be applicable.

Scope

The GTC apply to all services provided by Leorhafa in the online store (www.leorhafa.com) and become valid upon conclusion of a contract. The deliveries, services and offers of Leorhafa are based exclusively on these terms and conditions, even if they are not expressly agreed again. By sending an order to Leorhafa, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and expressly agree to them.

Formation of a contract

All information on goods and prices within the ordering process are subject to change and non-binding. Orders are binding for customers. Accordingly, orders can neither be changed nor canceled. For orders, customers receive a non-binding confirmation from the seller. Prior to the notification of shipment, by which the contract with the seller comes into effect, Leorhafa can revoke its offer without further ado. You confirm with your order that you are aware of the scope and content of your order. Questions in this context can therefore be clarified in advance with us.

Shipping

The delivery of the goods is basically made by mail or courier. The delivery time in Switzerland is usually 1 to 5 working days, unless otherwise written in the respective product. This information is without guarantee. 

If the sender does not give the correct address or an address where the post office cannot find the person, then the return costs charged by the post office must be borne by the customer. After the goods have been handed over to the post office, any liability on the part of Leorhafa ceases. Therefore Leorhafa does not bear the transport risk.

Should an article of the assortment exceptionally not be available, we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail. In principle, Leorhafa reserves the right to make a partial delivery, provided that this seems to be conducive to an efficient processing of the overall delivery. Of course, in such cases, no additional shipping costs will be charged for the subsequent delivery. In addition, Leorhafa reserves the right to require an advance payment of 100% for deliveries abroad.

Price

All prices on www.leorhafa.com are inclusive of VAT as required by law in Switzerland (currently 7.7%) and exclusive of shipping costs. The effective shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is completed. Leorhafa has the express right to adjust the prices shown online at any time without notice and without further explanation. For the calculation of prices, the time of the order on the website applies

Terms of payment

The following payment methods are available to you:
Paypal, credit card (via Paypal). We also reserve the right to offer prepayment by bank transfer.
In case of prepayment by bank transfer, the payment period is usually 7 days. In case of non-receipt of payment within this period, Leorhafa reserves the right to cancel the order and release the goods for sale again. Any transfer fees are to be paid by you.

Warranty and guarantee

The warranty for goods corresponds to generally accepted standards and is 24 months, if a longer or shorter warranty period is not expressly stated on the delivered goods. Defective goods must be reported in writing at the company address within 10 days after delivery or after the occurrence of the damage, otherwise the warranty claim shall lapse entirely. The warranty claim is valid from the date of delivery. It expires in case of improper use or natural wear. The bag should not be loaded with more than 5 kilograms. Leorhafa reserves the right to decide individually in case of warranty.

Return guarantee

Every buyer has a right to return his received items to Leorhafa within 20 days. For returns, the items must be returned in a hygienic condition, otherwise the right to return is forfeited. For returns, shipping costs incurred by Leorhafa will be charged to the buyer or deducted from the refund amount. The return shipping costs must be paid by the buyer.

Minor model deviations

It happens that the design of individual articles changes slightly. For such modifications of the manufacturers and suppliers Leorhafa can naturally not assume any liability.

Care/Handling

Leorhafa assumes no liability for the customer’s misconduct in the care and/or handling of the delivered items.

Privacy

Leorhafa undertakes to process your customer data carefully and to comply with the provisions of the relevant data protection legislation. In particular, no data will be passed on to third parties. However, no liability can be assumed for the security of data transmitted on the Internet.

Marketing

Leorhafa behält sich das Recht vor, die bei Bestellung angegebene E-Mail Adresse und Telefonnummer für eigene Marketing Zwecke wieder zu verwenden (Newsletter & Weiteres). Durch eine persönliche E-Mail an Leorhafaclo@gmail.com kann man sich hiervon ausschliessen lassen.

Vouchers

Leorhafa reserves the right to reuse the email address and phone number provided when ordering for its own marketing purposes (newsletter & more). By sending a personal email to Leorhafaclo@gmail.com you can opt out of this.

Liability general

It is hereby expressly pointed out that no liability claims for direct and indirect as well as direct and indirect damage, including consequential damage, can be asserted against Leorhafa by the customer, insofar as there is no intent or gross negligence on the part of Leorhafa for the damage incurred. For example, damages from accidents, falls, etc., which occur from the use of Leorhafa products, are your own responsibility.

Change AGB

Leorhafa behält sich ausdrücklich das Recht vor, jederzeit die hier vorliegenden AGB ohne Vorankündigung einseitig abzuändern.

Applicable law/jurisdiction

In any case, the relationship between you and Leorhafa shall be governed by Swiss law in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB). The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland. The application of the provisions of the Vienna Sales Convention (“United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods”) is expressly excluded.

Severability clause

Should individual provisions of this agreement prove to be invalid, this shall not affect the remaining provisions of this agreement. In this case, the invalid provision shall be replaced by a new provision that corresponds to the intended purpose or, if this is not possible, comes as close as possible to it.
